LAO GAN MA Kohlrabi, Peanuts and Tofu in Chili Oil is a popular Chinese seasoning and side dish oil, known for its strong flavor and oily texture. It contains a rich blend of fermented kohlrabi (18%), chili (12%), peanuts (4%) and tofu (4%), all immersed in soybean oil (53%). Sichuan pepper gives it a characteristic, slightly pungent flavor.
