S&B Golden Curry - Japanese sauce mix in cubes (spicy) 220 g

"Golden Curry" (hot) is a popular Japanese curry sauce mix (roux) in blocks that quickly transforms everyday stew into a fine curry. It is made with S&B's original curry powder and has a rich aroma of spices and herbs. The product is vegan (no meat or meat-based ingredients) and serves 12. It offers the strongest kick of the three heat options (mild, basic, hot).

Ingredients

Wheat flour, vegetable oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil), sugar, salt, curry powder 9.5% (turmeric, coriander, pepper, cumin, fenugreek, orange peel, paprika, spices), flavor enhancers (E621, E627, E631), coloring (E150a), spices (pepper, chili, garlic, celery seed, mustard), malic acid.

Instructions

1. Fry meat (or vegetables) and vegetables (onion, carrot, potato) in oil in a large saucepan over medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
2. Add water (1200 ml) and bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Turn off heat, break up curry paste (1 package) and add to pot. Stir until sauce mixture is completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container after opening.
