S&B Golden Curry - Japanese sauce mix in cubes (medium hot) 220 g

"Golden Curry" (medium heat) is a Japanese sauce mix in blocks that quickly transforms an everyday stew into a fine curry. It is made with S&B's original curry powder, has a rich aroma of herbs and spices, and is suitable even for those who do not like very spicy food. The product is vegan, as it does not contain meat or meat-derived ingredients. The package is enough for 12 servings.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, vegetable oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil), sugar, salt, curry powder 8.6% (turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, orange peel, spices), flavor enhancers (E621, E627, E631), coloring (E150a), spices (pepper, chili, garlic, celery seed, mustard), malic acid.

Instructions

1. Fry meat (or vegetables) and vegetables (onion, carrot, potato) in oil in a large saucepan over medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
2. Add water (1200 ml) and bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Turn off heat, break up curry paste (1 box) and add to pot. Stir until sauce mixture is completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container after opening.
