"Golden Curry" is a Japanese sauce mix in blocks that quickly transforms an everyday stew into a fine curry. It is made from S&B's original curry powder, has a rich aroma of herbs and spices, and is suitable even for those who do not like very spicy food. The package is enough for 12 servings. The product is vegan, as it does not contain meat or meat-based ingredients. Contains wheat flour and mustard. Enjoy with rice, bread, noodles, rolls, etc. Using it as a sauce with potatoes or meat dishes or as a sauce with steamed vegetables is another way to enjoy.
Suggested use (12 servings)
Beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) 900 g, onion 900 g, carrot 250 g, potato 300 g.
- All ingredients are preferably chopped. Oil 2 tablespoons, water 1200 ml, S & B GOLDEN CURRY MIX 1 box.
- Cooking half a package (6 servings): Use half the amount of ingredients 660 ml of water.
- Fry the meat and vegetables in the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
- Add the water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the ingredients are cooked, approx. 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, break the S&B GOLDEN CURRY into pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until the sauce mixtures are completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
