Usage tips
- Curry paste acts as a seasoning base for food, to which other ingredients, such as coconut milk, meat, fish or vegetables, are added. It gives the food its characteristic taste and aroma.
- Curry paste is a pre-mixed spice paste that contains all the necessary spices and herbs. This makes cooking faster and easier, because you do not have to measure and mix the spices separately.
- Curry paste can be used in a variety of curry dishes, such as Panang curry, green curry, red curry and massaman curry. It is also suitable for marinades and sauces.
- Curry paste brings a deep and rich flavor to food, which is often slightly sweet, salty and spicy. For example, Panang curry paste contains peanuts, which gives it a particularly rich and slightly sweet flavor.
- When using curry paste, you can add it directly to a pan or saucepan with other ingredients and cook until the flavors are well blended. You can also adjust the spiciness and flavor by adding more or less of the paste to your own taste.
