SQUID fish sauce is a staple in Asian cuisine, adding a rich umami and saltiness to dishes. It is made with real anchovies (77%) and salt and sugar to balance the taste. This Thai and Vietnamese seasoning is used to replace salt in wok dishes, noodle soups, marinades or dips (e.g. Nuoc Cham).

Do not store the product in the refrigerator, salt crystals may form in cold conditions. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
