TIPAROS Fish Sauce is an authentic Thai, anchovy-based fish sauce made from fermented anchovies (65%). This essential condiment in Asian cuisine gives dishes a deep, savory, umami-rich flavor. The 700 ml bottle is a good size and is suitable for regular use in woks, curries, marinades and salad dressings, such as Som Tam papaya salad.
