ZAB MIKE Fermented Fish Sauce (Pla Raa Style) is a ready-made seasoning base containing 93% fermented fish sauce. It is specially designed for making Thai/Laotian papaya salad (Som Tam), bringing a deep and intense umami flavor.

The sauce contains no less than 93% fermented fish sauce, to which sugar and pickled garlic juice have been added to create the perfect Som Tam flavor. Use as is to season papaya salad or other Thai salads and dishes when you crave an authentic, strong flavor.

Fermented fish sauce 93% (fish, ground roasted rice, water, salt), sugar, pickled garlic juice (water, garlic, salt, acidity regulator (E260), flavour enhancer (E621), colour (E150c). stabiliser (E415).

Storage

Keep refrigerated after opening and use within a week.
