DATU PUTI Cane Vinegar is an authentic Filipino basic vinegar made from fermented **sugarcane** (50% cane vinegar). It has a tangy and slightly fruity flavor, but is milder than many other strong vinegars. It is widely used in cooking, for example in popular Filipino dishes such as **Adobo** and **Paksiwi**, or as a simple base for dipping sauces. It is the cornerstone of every Filipino kitchen.

Used for marinating meat (e.g. in Adobo) or as a basic dipping sauce.
Store in a dry room temperature, protected from direct sunlight.
