DH FOODS Salt-Chili Seasoning Mix is a versatile Asian spice blend that quickly adds depth, saltiness and heat to dishes. The blend contains 50% salt and 15% chili, which ensures a strong flavor with a small amount. The flavor is balanced, as the salt is softened with sugar and garlic. It is traditionally suitable for dipping fruits and vegetables (e.g. with guava or mango), but is also excellent for marinating meat and fish.

Main ingredients: Salt (50%) and Chili (15%).
Flavour profile: A powerful combination of saltiness, sweetness and heat.
Use: Marinating, finishing soups, wok dishes or dipping.
Sugar content: Contains a lot of sugar (33 g / 100 g), which balances the salt.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Salt content: Very high salt content! 48.8 g / 100 g powder. Use in very small portions.
- Additives: Contains flavor enhancer (E621).
