Ingredients
Wheat flour, vegetable oil (palm olein), water, salt, emulsifier (E452), color (E160a).
Preparation instructions (example Pancit Canton)
- Sauté 2 cloves of garlic and half an onion.
- Add 250 g of chopped meat and brown.
- Then add carrots, cabbage and other desired vegetables, a total of 400 g.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water or broth, season to taste.
- Bring to a boil and add Pancit Canton noodles.
- Simmer for 3 minutes, stir and serve.
