MAMA SITA'S Chop Suey / Pancit Canton Mix is a versatile seasoning blend specially designed for two of Asia's and the Philippines' most beloved stir-fried dishes: Chop Suey (vegetable stir-fry) and Pancit Canton (noodle stir-fry).

This blend contains soy sauce powder, cornstarch (for thickening), garlic, and black pepper. It easily creates the perfect balance of savory and umami sauce that binds noodles or vegetables together and gives them an authentic Asian flavor. All you need to do is add noodles/vegetables, meat or fish and water!
