UFC Sinigang Mix (40 g) is an easy way to make an authentic and refreshingly sour Filipino Sinigang Soup. The mix gets its signature flavor from tamarind, tomato, and Filipino lime (Calamansi). It is ideal as a stock base to which meat or fish and traditional vegetables are added.
Iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), acidity regulators (Citric acid (E330), ascorbic acid (E300) and malic acid (E296)), flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate (E621), disodium isosinate (E631) and disodium guanylate (E627)), tamarind powder, sugar, tomato powder, spices, palm oil, shrimp powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, yeast extract, caramel color (E150a), wheat flour, celery powder and Philippine lime (Calamansi).
Mix the powder with water and cook with the other ingredients of the soup (meat/fish, vegetables) to create a traditional Filipino taste experience.
