Store in a dry place and protect from direct sunlight.
Instructions: Mix the mixture and ¼ cup of sugar with 5 cups of water (1250 ml) in a saucepan. Mix until there are no lumps. Bring to a boil and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Serve as desired with milk.
