DH FOODS Satay Sauce (Shrimp) is a rich and aromatic ready-to-use sauce that brings the authentic flavors of Vietnam and Southeast Asia to your cooking. Unlike peanut-based Satay, this sauce is made with chili, aromatic spices and real dried shrimp (5%), giving it a deep umami flavor and the perfect spiciness. The sauce contains high-quality spices such as lemongrass, galangal, cinnamon and star anise.
Cooking oil (refined palm oil, partially hydrogenated fat, vitamin A), chili pepper, water, dried shrimp 5%, yellow onion, lemongrass, sugar, red onion, garlic, galangal, salt, fish sauce, flavor enhancer: E621, cinnamon, star anise, acidity regulator: E330, color: E160c.
Use as is for marinating, or mix with coconut milk to make a rich sauce.
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
