NONGSHIM Shin Ramyun Stir Fry is a Korean spicy Gourmet wok noodle (Bokkeumyeon). This is the dry (stir fry) version of Shin Ramyun. The noodles are made by boiling and then frying them with a mixture of spices and oil. The net weight of the package is 131 g.
Noodles (82%): Wheat flour, potato starch, palm oil, salt, antioxidant: E306, emulsifier: E322 (contains soy), acidity regulators: E501, E500, E339, spices (maltodextrin, black pepper, red chili pepper, garlic), color: E101.
Spice powder (11%): Spices (maltodextrin, red chili pepper, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy), yeast extract, garlic, palm oil, flavor enhancers: E621, E627, E631), sugar, salt, color: E150c, anti-caking agent: E551.
Spice oil (5%): Rapeseed oil, rice bran oil, red chili pepper, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), spices (sesame oil, onion, garlic, corn oil, red chili pepper).
Vegetable chips (2%): Fish cake (fish, corn starch, potato starch), dried carrot, sweet corn, onion, seaweed.
May contain: Barley, shellfish, eggs, peanuts, milk, celery and mustard.
1. Boil 600 ml of water.
2. Add noodles and vegetable chips. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Remove noodles from heat and strain water (save about 30 ml of water).
4. Add seasoning powder and seasoning oil.
5. Mix well and serve.
