A noodle that is quick to prepare and full of flavors. Just add two cups of boiling water to the noodles and spices and let sit for a few minutes. This gives the noodles time to absorb the liquid and become soft, the spices also need this time to soak into the boiling water to create a spicy broth that is the ideal addition to the noodles.
Ingredients
Wheat flour (56%) , modified tapioca starch, palm oil, sugar, sweet soy sauce (corn glucose syrup, soybean, molasses, sugar, salt, dye (E150a), vinegar), shallot oil, salt, dried vegetables (cabbage, corn kernel, carrot), spices, soy sauce (soybean, salt, malt extract, wheat, yeast extract, palm oil), flavor enhancers (E621, E635), aroma (sesame), garlic oil, chili powder, color (E150a), acidity regulators (E500(i), E451(i)), thickener (E466), anti-caking agent (E551).
Manufacturing instructions
- Put the noodles and side dishes in a bowl, add 400 ml of boiling water.
- Let it simmer under the lid for 3 min.
- Remove the water and add the spices.
- Mix carefully and the portion is ready to serve.
