Ingredients
Bean vermicelli (27 g): potato starch, mung bean starch 6.2%. Seasoning powder (9.1 g): Salt, sugar, chili powder, flavor enhancers (E621, E635), citric acid (E330), dried spring onion, spices, flavorings. Chili paste (3.9 g): palm oil, spices (lemon grass, shallot, kaffir lime leaf, galangal, garlic), palm sugar, fish sauce, dried chili, dried shrimp.

Preparation instructions

1. Put the bean vermicelli and spices in a bowl, add 350 ml of boiling water.
2. Let it simmer under the lid for 3 min.
3. Mix carefully and the portion is ready to serve.

Storage
Dry at room temperature.
