Ingredients
Wheat flour 39% rice starch, corn starch, baking powder (tapioca starch, raising agent: E500, emulsifier: E450, acidity regulator: E341).

Instructions for use
  1. Roll the prawn with crisp fried powder mix.
  2. Dip the prawn in a bowl with some eggs, both white and yolk.
  3. Cover the bread crumb on the prawn and let for 3-4 minutes so that the bread crumb can stick evenly to the prawn.
  4. Fry it brown in boiling oil pan at the temperature of 180°C.
