Ingredients: 150 g shrimps, 150 g pork, 200 g chicken meat, 1 onion, 1/4 cup oil, 2 Chinese mushrooms, 1 cup chicken broth, vetsin, salt, pepper, sliced ginger, 1 medium size cauliflower in cuts, 1 carrot in slices, 1 celery in cuts, sesame oil, 1/4 cabbage, 1 package Chinese noodles, 1 cup ham stripes.
Preparation: Wash and peel shrimps. Cut meat in cubes. Fry onion in hot oil, add shrimps and fry till fish odour is gone. Add meat and mushrooms, broth, vetsin, salt and pepper. When the meat is done, add bit corn starch in water. Add vegetables and cook till ready. Add a bit of sesame oil. Bring water to the boil in another cooking pot. Cook the Chinese noodles for few minutes until soft. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water. Serve sauce over the noodles and garnish with scrambled egg stripes and ham stripes.
